臭氧氧化技术在循环冷却水处理中的应用

摘    要:介绍了循环冷却水的水质特点及其在循环过程中产生的问题,探讨了臭氧用于处理循环冷却水的杀菌、阻垢和缓蚀的机理。对臭氧处理循环冷却水的三种方法,即臭氧处理法,臭氧与磁化联合处理法,前期预膜加臭氧、磁化联合处理法进行了分析与比较。动态实验结果表明,三种方法均起到杀菌、阻垢、缓蚀的作用,其中前期预膜加臭氧、磁化联合处理法的处理效果最佳。

Abstract:The characteristics of water quality of recycling cooling water and the problems in the recycling process were introduced.The mechanisms of disinfection,scale prevention and corrosion inhibition of recycling cooling water with ozone were discussed.Moreover,in recycling cooling water treatment,three methods including ozone alone,combined treatment of ozone and magnetization,combined treatment of ozone and magnetization with pretreatment were analyzed and compared.The dynamic test showed that the three methods all have effects of disinfection,scale prevention and corrosion inhibition,but the combined technique of ozone and magnetization with pretreatment is more effective.
