计算机优化扳手锻造加工工艺的研究

摘    要:分析了扳手生产的传统工艺,传统工艺浪费金属原材料的关键是锻件的飞边废料过大,造成这种状况的原因是预制坯工步形成的坯料相差太大。通过计算机仿真设计和优化,提出了扳手生产的新的锻造加工工艺,该新工艺用楔横轧精确制坯实现了优化目标,新工艺比传统工艺节省原材料和加热的能源25%左右。

Abstract:In this paper, the traditional forging technology for producing spanner is analyzed. The metal material is wasted severely in traditional technology because of large flash material resulted from the shape difference between the preforging billet and the accurate one.A new forging technology is proposed, in which computer simulative design and computer optimization are applied to exact preforge through transverse rolling. The new technology saves more about 25% of metal material and energy than the traditional technology.
