铝合金轴心受压构件的整体稳定性研究

摘    要:影响铝合金轴心受压构件稳定的因素很多,包括材料因素、初始几何缺陷、截面形状、板厚偏差、力学缺陷等。本文介绍了国外规范中关于铝合金轴心受压构件整体稳定性的设计方法,并且介绍了国内在这方面的研究成果。针对轴心受压构件的整体稳定性,采用ABAQUS有限元计算,并且把计算的结果和国内学者的研究成果进行比较,说明了有限元研究的可行性。最后为铝合金轴心受压构件稳定性的研究提出了一些建议。

Abstract:There are a lot of factors influencing the stability of aluminum axial compression members, such as material properties, initial geometric imperfections, section profile, thickness deviations, mechanical imperfections, etc. The design method of stability of aluminum axial compression members in foreign codes is introduced, and the current researches in our country are summarized. The overall buckling of aluminum axial compression members is simulated with general-purpose finite-element program ABAQUS. Through the comparison between the results of finite-element analysis and the research findings of some academicians, the feasibility of finite-element method is proved. Finally, some proposals for analysis of stability of aluminum axial compression members are put forward.
