高层建筑托柱转换结构力学特点的分析与比较

摘    要:结合一栋高层建筑托柱转换层结构设计 ,通过结构分析计算 ,分析比较了空腹桁架式、普通桁架式及梁式三种转换结构方案的工作机理和力学特点。分析表明 ,针对类似的转换结构工程实际 ,在进行转换层结构设计时 ,对于梁式转换结构方案可以直接取用高层建筑结构分析程序算出的构件内力进行设计 ;而对于采用普通桁架或空腹桁架转换结构方案时 ,应通过对转换结构的局部分析方能得到转换构件的详细内力。工程设计中对于本文所述的节间杆长细比较小的托柱转换结构 ,建议分别采用杆系有限元模型和普通有限元模型两种分析方法进行局部转换结构的内力与变形分析。另外 ,本文还提出了相应的设计建议 ,可供设计人员参考。

Abstract:Based on the transfer structures design of the high-rise building,the mechanical characteristics of three types of transfer structures-the open-web truss type,common truss type and beam type,are analyzed and compared.It is showed that calculating results of the high-rise building structural analysis procedure can directly used in designs for beam type transfer structures,and that the partial analysis is necessary for getting detailed inner forces of the open-web truss type and common truss type transfer structural members.For bearing column transfer structure analysis with smaller slenderness ratio of Panel rods,it is suggested that both rod system finite element analysis model and common finite element analysis model should be taken to get the inner forces and deformations of transfer structures.Moreover,this paper still bring up the design proposals,which provide the reference to related engineering design.
