| 摘 要： | 欧洲联盟是当今世界上一体化程度最高的区域性国际组织。欧洲联盟具有超国家性，并且具有某些联邦结构因素，其政治、经济、法律制度非常特殊，因此对欧洲联盟的性质的认识存在分歧。从欧盟法的渊源、欧盟法的原则来分析欧盟的法律制度，认为欧盟法是特殊的区域国际法，既不同与一般的国际法，也不是国内法。

| Abstract: | European Union is a highly-integrated regional
organization.Its law system is very different from both the general international law and
domestic law.In this article,the source and the four principles of EU law analyzed.Due to
the fact that EU has some super-national factors and some federal structure elements in
its law ,its law system is a special kind of regionally international law,and it will be
advanced in pace with the development of EU. |
