摘    要:窄脉冲的产生是超宽带无线应用中的关键技术,针对单周期脉冲的频谱分布不能满足FCC关于超宽带无线应用中,脉冲信号源的有效全向发射功率的规范要求,提出了一种新的基于时域波形合成方式产生多周期脉冲的技术.采用理论分析和CAD仿真相结合的方法,对多周期脉冲的时域和频域特性作了详细分析,利用阶跃恢复二极管在微带电路版上研制了脉冲发生器.测试结果与仿真结果表明,该方法能够有效地产生简单、方便实用的多周期波形窄脉冲信号.

Abstract:The generation of ultra-short pulse is a crucial technology in UWB wireless application.A novel pulse shaping method is discussed in this paper as an option to tackle the phenomenon that the monocycle pulse does not comply with FCC regulation regarding the effective isotropic radiated power.For the wave and spectrum of one polycycle pulse,theoretical analysis is consistent with the CAD simulation results.A simple and reliable microstrip pulse generator has been designed,fabricated and tested by using step recovery diode.The testing result also confirms that the method in discussion has outstanding performance in generating polycycle pulse.
