玻璃熔窑三维数学模拟的应用及鼓泡模型分析

摘    要:建立了玻璃熔窑三维数学模型对浮法玻璃熔窑的鼓泡进行模拟,详细研究了不同的鼓泡位置、鼓泡嘴插入深度、鼓泡个数对熔制玻璃的影响。得出鼓泡喷嘴应该在池底以上300mm左右;鼓泡点应在熔化部玻璃液的最高温度点附近;鼓泡器个数达到10或12个时,一排鼓泡才能形成一道“鼓泡幕”,起到阻挡上层液流的作用。

Abstract:This article has simulated the bubbling by employing the established glass furnace mathematical model, made a detailed research on the function of the bubbling, the influence of bubbling on glass melting quality, and has surveyed the influence of the location, depth and quantity of the bubbling on glass melting quality. Using the simulation conclusion has provided instructions to production and has achieved success.
