活齿端面谐波齿轮的传动原理与传动比

摘    要:首次提出了一种活齿端面谐波齿轮传动装置 ,介绍了这种新型谐波齿轮传动装置的传动原理和传动比的计算方法。活齿端面谐波齿轮传动综合利用了现有的谐波齿轮传动和活齿传动的优点 ,能够克服现有的谐波齿轮传动中柔轮的变形与其承载能力之间的矛盾 ,并能增加同时啮合的齿数 ,加大齿轮的模数 ,从而可以在保留现有谐波齿轮传动所有优点的基础上 ,使其所传递的功率增加数十倍 ,因此具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:The end face harmonious gear drive of oscillating teeth is one of the latest inventions.Its transmission theory and speed ratio are introduced in this paper.The end face harmonious gear drive of oscillating teeth contains the advantages of the common harmonic gear drive and the oscillating tooth,which radically solve the contradiction between the deformation and the carrying capacity of flexible gear.The number of simultaneously mashed teeth and the module of gear are increased.The carrying capacity has increased by several decuples on the basis of preserving all merits of the common harmonic gear drive.This new type of drive can be extensively applied in industrial fields.
