汽车动态称重系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了一种汽车动态称重系统的实现方法,由于称重过程中影响车辆重量的因素是非线性的,采用了改进的神经网络技术(与遗传算法的融合)来处理采集的数据,得到了满意的结果,误差达到5%。但由于神经网络的学习影响了数据输出的速度,后续工作正在就该问题展开进一步研究,拟采用多神经网络并行处理方法解决该问题。所介绍的自动称重系统除了能够实现称重数据的采集、处理、显示等功能外,还实现了将采集的数据保存到数据库中并能以报表的形式打印出来,以便于统计和查阅,实现了访问、查询数据库中记录等功能。

Abstract:The structure and implementation of a dynamic weighing system were presented.Due to the factor that affected the weight in the weighing process was not linearity,the paper used the improvement neural network technology(combined with genetic algorithms) to process gathering data,obtained the satisfactory result,and the error precision achieved 5%.However,because the neural network study had affected the speed of data output,the following work was further study on this question,which planed to use the multi-neural network parallel processing method to solve this problem.This article introduced the dynamic weighing system that carried out not only gathering,processing,displaying of the weight data,but also the data which will gather to preserve to the database and can print by the report form,so easy to stating,consulting,visiting,and inquiring the record on the database.
