陶瓷/金属梯度热障涂层的热冲击性能研究

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对陶瓷/金属梯度热障涂层的热冲击性能进行了有限元分析,比较了不同涂层方案和不同基体金属材料对涂层抗热冲击性能的影响,理论计算与实验结果能够很好吻合。

Abstract:Thermal shock resistance properties of ceramic/metal gradient thermal barrier coatings are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software. The transient temperature and assistant thermal stress distribution in the coatings during the thermal shock produce are analyzed for different coatings and different metal. The numerical results show good agreement with the experimented.
