NiAl金属间化合物纳米晶的制备及特性

摘    要:采用自蔓延高温合成法制备了NiAl金属间化合物,对合成的NiAl粉末进行高能球磨处理。X-ray衍射分析表明:长时高能球磨处理后的NiAl粉末,其晶粒度显著减小,处理200h后,可获得晶粒尺度为3nm的NiAl纳米晶粉,这种纳米粉的显微硬度和比热与未处理的NiAl粉末相比有较大幅度的提高。

Abstract:High-energy ball milling process was used to treat the NiAl powder synthesized by SHS. X-ray deffrication analyses showed that grain size descreated obviously after long time treatement by ball milling. The NiAl nanocrystalline with 3nm could be achieved after-ball milling treatment of 200h,compared with raw NiAl powder,NiAl nano-powder's microhardness and capacity increased.
