混凝土冻融耐久性劣化与孔结构变化的关系

摘    要:以冻融循环为试验条件,采用光学显微镜测孔法和压汞法测试混凝土的孔结构,研究不同耐久性的混凝土其抗冻性与孔结构的关系,并研究冻融过程中混凝土性能劣化与其孔结构变化的关系。结果表明,掺入优质引气剂、高效减水剂等外加剂及优质矿物掺合料,可显著改善混凝土的孔结构,从而提高混凝土的抗冻耐久性。

Abstract:The relationship between frost durability and pore structure of concrete with different durability as well as the relationship between property degradation and pore structure change of concrete in the test of freezing thawing is studied .In the research, the methods of optical microscope poremeasurement and mercury intrusion poremeasurement (MIP) is used to examine the pore structure of concrete. The conclusion is obtained that the pore structure of concrete can be improved remarkably and its frost durability can be increased because of mixing high quality air entraining agent, concentrated water reducing agent and high quality mineral admixture into concrete.
