摘    要:半刚性基层材料的收缩开裂极大地影响了路面的使用性能和服役年限。选用裂缝间距和裂缝宽度作为评价裂缝发生几率和裂缝危害性的指标。通过对半刚性基层的收缩开裂力学原理分析,建立了一种半刚性基层的收缩开裂模型,采用文献报道的弹性模量、抗拉强度、收缩系数对路面基层收缩开裂的两个评价指标进行了计算,从计算结果可以看出:采用室内试验计算的结果和实际基层的表现有很大的背离,并分析了原因,提出从设计和施工方面改善抗裂性能的措施。

Abstract:The serving age and performance of the pavement are seriously affected by the shrinkage cracking or the semi-rigid road base materials.The space of crack and the width of the crack are selected as two indexes to assess the frequency and the deterioration of the crack.The model of shrinkage and crack is established based on the analysis of the mechanics principle of the shrinkage cracking of the semi-rigid base course,the data of Young’s modulus,tensile strength,shrinkage ratio is employed to calculate the two indexes.The results of calculation is divergence from the real cracking statues of the road base course,and the reason is analyzed,some approach to enhance the anti-cracking character of the semi-rigid road base material is put forward.
