纳米SiO2水溶液制备、改性及应用性能研究

摘    要:采用硅单质法制备了低成本高固合量的纳米SiO2水溶液,并进行表面处理。结果表明:两亲性和核-壳型纳米Si02在水中分散稳定,SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯涂膜的附着力、柔韧性和耐冲击性提高;纳米Si02用量增大,对乳液的成膜温度影响较小,但涂膜硬度增大,膜柔韧性好,回粘温度和热分解温度升高,具有更好的防尘性和耐热性。

Abstract:Nanosilica aqueous solution with high solid content and low cost was prepared by silicon, and the nanosilica surface was modified. The testing results showed that nucleus-shell emulsion and amphiphilic nanosilica could be dispersed uniformly in membrane formed nanosilica and polyacrylate emulsion, which led to adherence, flexibility and compact resistance were improved.The addition of nanosilica had no influence on MFT of the emulsion, properties of membrane formed could be improved, and some special properties such as unioresistance and thormresistance appeared.
