摘    要:通过对进口工件涂层形貌、成份的分析和研究,在铝合金表面制备出自润滑协合涂层。Al-Si合金经阳极氧化处理后,采用热浸法引入聚四氟乙烯、MoS2,并通过协合改性处理,得到具有较高的硬度、优良的耐磨性、耐蚀性和结合强度的涂层

Abstract:The self-lubricate coating on the surface of aluminum alloy was prepared by synergistic technology,which was based on the study of the analysis of the import mechanical work piece. Aluminum alloy was anodized, and then the PTFE and MoS_2 were introduced into the porous anodizing film. The composition distributions and morphologies of the coating were studied by SEM and EPMA .The results of the properties test showed that the coating has higher hardness, good bonding strength, excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
