再生混凝土的环境评价

摘    要:对再生混凝土的资源消耗、能量消耗和二氧化碳的排放量进行了量化分析,结果表明,利用再生粗骨料配制混凝土比完全使用天然集料配制的混凝土可节约62%的石灰石资源;利用废弃混凝土作制造水泥的原料与再生粗集料,可节省配制混凝土的62%石灰石资源,还可节省制造水泥的优质石灰石60%、粘土40%和铁粉35%的资源,同时,可减少20%C02的排放量。研究还表明,配制再生混凝土的能耗与配制普通混凝土的能耗相当。

Abstract:The resources consumption, energy consumption and CO 2 emission of regenerated concrete are researched. The results showed that the making concrete for reuse of recycled coarse aggregate can save limestone approximately 62% than that of use fully natural aggregate. The reuse of waste concrete as a raw material for producing cement and recycled coarse aggregate for making concrete, which save 62% limestone resource, can also save 60% high grade limestone, 40% clay and 35% iron slag powder for producing cement, at the same time, decease 20% CO 2 emission. The results also showed that the energy consumption of making regenerated concrete is almost equal with making ordinary concrete use fully natural aggregate.
