摘    要:从“天一大厦”工程深井降水引起的对周边环境影响规律,将水人闰降深曲线划分为二个阶段,将周边地面沉降曲线划分为三个阶段。通过对周边地面沉降的理论分析,剖析了降水引起的周边地面沉降滞后水位降深现象,为类似工程分析降水对周边环境影响提供了有效方法。

Abstract:The settlement curve of water level is divided into two stage and the settlement curve of surroundings into three stage, in term of the influence law of surroundings because of ground water lowering in TianYi hotel. By theory analysing of surroundings, the hysteresis phenomenons between the settlement curve of water level and the settlement curve of surroundings because of ground water lowering is analysed. The paper brings up the ways soloving foundation projects.
