摘    要:从复合材料的强度准则出发,提出了高速储能飞轮的强度条件,并结合有限元分析和优化设计思想,建立了基于强度的飞极限转速的数学模型,给出了相应的计算方法,作为算例,运用该方法计算了混合动力汽车飞轮电池中典型复合材料飞轮的极限转速,得到了相应的应力分布,为飞轮的设计开发提供了有效的研究手段。

Abstract:This paper discussed the strength criterion of composite firstly. Then the strength condition of the high speed energy storage flywheel was put forward. In the paper the calculation model of the limiting rotational speed of flywheel based on strength has been established using the finite element analysis and the optimization method. As an example, a typical composite flywheel in hybrid electrical vehicle flywheel battery was calculated. The limiting rotational speed and the stress distribution on such situation were obtained. This method provided an effective way for design and development of flywheel.
