TiO_2超微粒的水解—凝胶法制备及其特性的研究

摘    要:以TiCl_4为原料,采用水解—凝胶法制得TiO_2超微粒。通过DTA、XRD、TEM、BET等测试方法,着重分析讨论了TiO_2凝胶物的组分、晶形结构及其转化过程,测定了TiO_2超微粒的颗粒度、比表面,结果表明用水解—凝胶法可制得高纯等径球形TiO_2超微粒,并具有巨大的比表面和优良的烧结性。

Abstract:Superfine TiO_2 powders were obtained by a hydrolysisgel method. The composementand structure as well as its transformation of the titania gels were studied, then the size and specificsurface area were also determined by means of DTA, XRD, TEM, BET ets. It was found that thehigh pure and monosized spheroidal TiO_2 superfine powder could been prepared by the hydrolysis-gelmethod, and it had high surface areas and excellent sintering property.
