| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治理论课中的思想道德修养和法律基础课是对大学生进行思想道德和法制教育的主渠道，为达到教学目的和实现教学任务，在社会转型时期要求德育课教师自身要有良好的政治修养、道德修养、法律修养和知识素养，应针对学生的思想观念、法律观念和道德意识的实际进行教学，应引用真实的现实的典型的案例进行教学。
