| 摘 要： | 从五年一贯制专科学生的特点入手,分析了五年制专科学生需要与马斯洛的需要层次理论的对应关系,并将其应用到学生管理工作中,通过各种管理措施满足学生生理需要、安全需要、归属和爱的需要、尊重需要和自我实现的需要,促进五年制专科学生管理工作的不断完善.

| Abstract: | This paper proceeds with the characteristics of tile five - year junior college students, analyzes me relation between the needs of the five -year junior college student and Maslow＇s hierarchy theory of needs, and makes use it to the students＇management work. It will meet the students＇ longing needs, esteem needs and selfactualization needs through physiological needs, safety needs, love and bethe various measures , and will promote the continuous improvement of the five -year junior college students＇ management work. |
