On Cultural Integration between China and Western World Induced by Common Values

There exist differences between China and Western World in domestic ethical ideas, communication styles and ideas of human rights and liberty. It is beyond the capacity of law, which is closely related to specific social and cultural contexts, to create what does not exist in the culture.
