摘    要:“2 1”模式是河南机电高等专科学校转变教育思想和观念,认真实施教育教学改革的尝试,“2 1”模式的实践又带来了一种全新的教育理念。“2 1”模式要求高职高专教育必须与社会主义市场经济紧密合拍,提出把用户和社会需求作为办学的出发点和落脚点,明确了新的教育教学质量观和人才观;提出确立和建设校企两个育入主体、两个育人环境,把产学研合作教育作为素质教育的载体,把产学研合作教育作为学校的突出特色来创建。

Abstract:The "2+1" pattern is the attempt of Henan Mechanical & Electrical Engineering College with the change of teaching concept and the implementation of educational innovation. The practice of"2+1" pattern results in an unusual educational concept, which requires the Vocational and Engineering Colleges must keep peace with the socialist marketing economy. Customers and social needs are much emphasized in the process of college running and regarded as the main purpose of them. The paper expounds the new views of qualified education and competitive personnel, and advocates two principal parts on education to be established and constructed, i.e. colleges and enterprises. Cooperative education is managed as the carrier of competence training. Henan Mechanical & Electrical Engineering College has been carrying out cooperative education rationally and characteristically.
