| 摘 要： | 在分析细纱机机控制特点的基础上，设计了细纱机机控制系统，介绍了利用VB语言实现控制系统上位机与PLC通信的方法。PLC作为下位机，用来完成控制量的输出、传感器数据的采集等工作，上位机用来完成数据分析、状态显示、实时监控等功能。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the control of Spnning - frame, the control system of Spnning -trame wasaesigned. The method of communication between hostcomputer and PLC was introduced byVB language. The PLC as computer has done the work of control signal output, data acquiring of sensors. The upper computer implemented the data analysis, status display, runtime supervise, etc. The system was applied in a plant. |
