主动磁悬浮轴承非线性控制决策的研究

摘    要:主动磁悬浮轴承是一个典型的闭环控制系统,其特点是具有强烈的非线性,磁浮力正比于电流平方,反比于位移偏置量的平方。传统的PID控制器应用比较广泛,但其比例、积分、微分环节的调节参数都是采用试验的方法人工整定。这种方法不仅需要熟练的技巧,而且比较费时。当被控对象发生变化时,其参数也要进行相应的调整,也就是说这种PID调节器没有自适应能力。文章所设计的PID控制器中的各种参数是随系统动态特性不断变动的,它是专为非线性系统设计的,具有很强的自适应能力。仿真结果显示,该系统是可行的。

Abstract:Active magnetic bearing(AMB) is one of the typical closed loop control system whose magnetic force is in direct proportion to the square of the current and in the inverse ratio of the bias displacement.On the one hand,the traditional PID controller needs us to be acquainted with the control method of the system and to spend much time to adjust it,on the other hand,PID parameter is unchanged when the control object is changed,as it means that traditional PID controller is not self-adaptive.In order to overcome the shortcoming mentioned above,the nonlinear PID controller whose PID parameter is variable due to the control object is designed.
