摘    要:提高应用型本科教学质量和人才培养质量,必须建立科学的教学质量监控体系。而构建科学的教学质量监控体系,首先必须全方位地界定教学质量监控的主体与客体。文章就构建多元化的教学质量监控主体体系和多层面的教学质量监控客体体系,形成对教学质量多角度、多方位、多层次的监控等方面进行初步探讨。
