智能水电联合控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了节约资源,解决用水、用电计量和管理的诸多难题,文章提出了一种新的解决办法,其核心思想是:对每个用户的水账户和电账户统一管理,采用以电控水的方案来解决收费管理问题,在欠费的情况下切断电源,而对水源只计量不控制。文章给出的新一代水电远程计量及管理系统已获得国家知识产权局颁发的实用新型专利证书,经过用户使用证明该系统安全、稳定、运行可靠。

Abstract:This paper gives a new solution to saving resource and cracking many hard nut of the measure and the management of the water and the electric power.The new solution is that every user has a united account for water and electric power,the account pays for the charge of the water and the electric power,but when the account overdraws,power supply will be cut off,water will be supplied normally.The new water and electric power measure and management system that this paper offers has acquired the practical new patent certificate by the State Intellectual Property Office of China,and the customers have proved that system is safe and stable.
