| 摘 要： | 建设智能电网可以带来巨大的社会经济效益,助推产业结构升级,推进节能减排和低碳经济目标的实现,促进社会和谐。从分析国外智能电网产生的效益入手,结合中国的发展国情和对未来电力发展的规划,利用建立的智能电网渗透率模型,对电网产业链环节的经济效益、节能减排效益和社会效益进行评估.智能电网发展效益评估的研究成果和结论为实现智能电网发展的目标提供了可行路径和政策建议.

| Abstract: | The development of smart grid can bring enormous social and economic benefits,which will boost industrial structure updating,realize targets of energy saving and low-carbon economy,and promote social harmony.Firstly,the benefits of smart grid are analyzed in this paper.Then,combining with the development of national conditions and the programming of electric power in future,social and economic benefits as well as benefits of energy saving and emissions reduction of power grid industry chain are evaluated by using the model of smart grid penetration rate.The research achievement and conclusion about the assessing of smart grid＇s development provide available path and policy proposal to realize the target of smart grid. |
