摘    要:分布式风电、光伏电池等出力不确定性电源在配网中的推广会造成系统潮流波动,配置一定容量的无功补偿可以降低节点静态电压越限概率,减少网损,提高系统运行可靠性.以补偿电容的投资支出、系统网损、电压质量以及废气排放量等综合最优为目标函数,在约束条件中计及节点电压越限概率的上限值,建立考虑不确定性分布式电源影响的补偿电容优化配置模型,并采用遗传算法进行最优求解.算例结果表明,该无功补偿最优配置方案能提高节点电压期望水平,降低越限概率,实现经济效益、环境效益以及电压质量的综合最优,验证了所建模型的合理性和有效性.

Abstract:Power flow fluctuation can be caused by the application of generations with uncertain power output like DWG(distributed wind generation) and PV(photovoltaic).Some reactive compensation allocation can reduce the probability of static voltage violation and network loss,and increase system operation reliability.Regarding the integrated optimization of the compensation capacitors,system network loss,voltage quality and waste gas emission as objective function,this paper proposed a compensation capacitors optimal allocation model considering the uncertainty of DG and the upper limit of node voltage under constraints.And the genetic algorithm was used to the optimal solution.Simulation results showed that the optimal scheme can increase the expectation level of node voltage,reduce violation probability.The allocation method can achieve integrated optimization of economy,environment and voltage quality.The rationality and validity of the proposed model is thus proved.
