| 摘 要： | 如同现实社区,城市虚拟社区中也存在着不当或非法谋取利益的行为。由于城市虚拟社区信息以比特速度传播、传播范围无边界、网民发言匿名性等因素,使得传统社会管理方式无法对这些失范行为实施有效管理。因此,从城市虚拟社区网络结构和社会资本在其中运作的规律出发,提出鼓励社区主体参与社区网络、鼓励社区内群体的多样性发展等方式来对城市虚拟社区实施治理。

| Abstract: | Like real city community,virtual community also exists the improper or illegal actions for interests.Due to the facts that virtual community information in bit rate transmission,transmission range without boundary and netizens’ anonymity,the traditional management methods can not be should be in the operation of the law.We should encourage community participation in the community network and community diversity of population to carry out the management of virtual community. |
