| 摘 要： | 工程教育与人文精神培养并不存在二律背反的关系，工程专业理论和专业实践技能中同样含有丰富的价值理性，同样是培养工科大学生学生人文精神的载体。在工程专业教育视野内进行人文精神特质的发掘，培养学生形成与工程师职业相契合的工程人文精神，对于提高当前工科类大学生的培养质量，完善工程教育的理念和模式，有重要的现实意义。在进行以上理性思考的同时，还进行了相关的教学实践，取得了良好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Engineering education and the cultivation of human spirit do not show a relationship of antinomy. Engineering theory and practical skills contain abundant value rationality, and can be regarded as the carrier in the cultivation of engineering university students＇ human spirit. It is of great significance to ex- plore the traits of human spirit and enable the students to possess the engineering human spirit for profes- sicnal engineers so as to improve the training quality of enimeering students and perfect the notion and pattern of engineering education. Based on the above rational thinking,the authors also carry out the relevant teaching practice with good teaching effect. |
