论信息阻滞对供应链金融发展模式的影响

供应链金融发展模式目前遇到了发展瓶颈,原因在于信息阻滞带来了供应链系统的高风险.分析各种模式下信息阻滞形成的过程,探究其理论渊源,并依据稳定匹配理论和合作博弈理论提出将供应链企业与银行之间的风险内部化是解决其风险过高的基础,应在供应链系统与银行之间的目标设定、契约安排和监管方面达成一致,使得供应链金融系统信息阻滞问题得到根本解决.

Influence of Information Stagnation on the Model of Development of Supply Chain Finance

Nowadays,information stagnation leads to the high risk of the system of supply Chain,which re- suits in the bottle-neck of the model of development of supply chain finance. Based on the analysis of the process of information stagnant and exptoration of the information stagnation,as well as the theory of sta- ble allocations and the theory of cooperation game theory,this paper puts forward some methods for＇ dealing with the risk between banks and supply chain enterprises. These methods include taking some effective measures to turn outside risk into inside risk, reaching consistent objects, contracts and supervision be- tween banks and the system of supply chain finance so as to solve the problem of the information stagna- tion of supply chain finance.
