| 摘 要： | 心理健康问题在图书馆员群体中普遍存在且日益凸显，已经给图书馆的服务工作造成了严重影响，这种状况并没有引起各级管理者应有的重视。从实证的角度对影响图书馆员心理健康的各种因素进行深入分析，提高地位和薪酬待遇、推行职业准认证、建立以岗位为核心的多级化管理体制是有效解决问题的方法。
