摘    要:教学督导是高校教学管理体系中的重要组成部分,对教学督导运行机制在高校教学质量监控体系中的作用、现状和问题进行了分析。以湖南工程学院为例,对教学管理体制、教学督导组织机制、工作模式进行了分析和研究,以建立一套行之有效、自我监控的三级教学督导管理机制,从而达到提高高校教学质量的目的。

On the Working Mechanism of Teaching Supervision in Colleges and Universities -Taking Hunan Institute of Engineering as an Example

Abstract:Teaching supervision is an important part of the teaching management system in colleges and universities. This article analyzes the functions, the situations and the problems of the teaching supervision working mechanism in teaching quality monitoring system of colleges and universities. Taking Hunan Institute of Engineering as an example, its teaching management system, its organization mechanism of teaching supervision and its working model are studied so that an effective, serf- monitoring and three -level teaching supervision management mechanism can be established and the teaching quality of higher education institutions can be greatly improved.
