| 摘 要： | 农村房屋和城镇房屋产权制度差异巨大,农民的住宅不能与城市住宅一样,实现同权同证、自由流转,农民因此不能获得实际收益.本文将对农村住宅流转的必要性、可能性进行探讨,提出现阶段农村住宅流转的建议.

| Abstract: | Housing system of property rights in rural and urban is tremendous difference,farmers and urban residential housing can not be the same,with the realization of the right to the same certificate,and free market-oriented circulation of farmers can not get real earnings.This article is carried out the necessity for housing in rural areas,to explore the possibility,pointing out rural housing countermeasures made at this stage. |
