发电厂机组锅炉系统大修焊接关键技术的研究和实施

摘    要:火力发电厂机组大修中锅炉辅机采用滑动轴承的轴瓦焊补及高压不锈钢管的氩弧焊产生气孔的机理进行研究,采取了相应焊接技术进行实施,取得了较好的质量和经济效果.

Abstract:In this paper the repair welding techniques of utilizing slip bearing and bearing-shield in the boilers peripheral has studied, and the mechanism produced bubble during the argon arc welding of high-pressure stainless steel tube in the general repairing to the power factory's set also researched. After then, we implemented corresponding welding techniques and got eventually fine quality and good economic benefits.
