| 摘 要： | 房地产开发既关乎民生,又影响国家经济,其开发模式是房地产发展的重要形式,直接影响整个房地产业的发展.本文对房地产开发模式进行了探究,认为我国房地产开发模式特征可分为五类：品牌带动下的规模化开发模式、专业品牌连锁开发模式、复合型开发模式、可持续开发模式及另类前卫开发模式.房地产市场所面临的问题是调控压力加大、住房存贮消化不足及金融风险.针对上述问题,提出了转变房地产开发模式及完善金融服务体系对策.

| Abstract: | Research suggests that our country real estate development mode characteristics can be divided into five types： brand driven scale development mode,professional brand chain development model,compound development model,sustainable development and alternative progressive development mode; facing the pressure of the problem is the real estate market regulation,housing storage digestion and financial risks. According to the above problem,this paper presents a transformation of real estate development mode and countermeasures to perfect financial service system. |
