基于模糊数学的EPC总承包风险评价模型研究

摘    要:为降低EPC承包模式下总承包商的风险,实现利润最大化,建立了EPC总承包风险评价指标体系,确定了风险因素的权重,采用模糊数学的算法,研究并建立了风险评价模型.建设项目风险评价是一个亟待解决的问题,根据建立的风险评价模型,对建设项目全寿命周期的风险进行评价和预防,为实现EPC承包模式下风险的有效预防提供了一条可行的技术路径.

Abstract:In order to reduce the risk of the general contractor in the EPC contract model and to reach the maximiza- tion of profits, the risk evaluation index system of EPC general contract was established. The weight of risk factors was determined based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the model of risk evaluation was set up based on the algorithm of fuzzy math. The risk evaluation of engineering project was an urgent problem that' s to be solved. According to the established risk evaluation model, assessment and prevention on the risk of the project in the life cycle were given, which provided a viable technology path to the prevention of risk under the EPC contract model.
