| Abstract: | With the city forming and developing, the quality and scales of development was made clearly. The city position and core-competition was defined, in Jilin Province which included resource environment, industry activity, fundamental function, whole character, synthetic position and so on. Its value orientation was clarified. And it pushes the development of management system and operation pattern for the city investment and merging-capital of Jilin Province, which can promote the city position and satisfy the city development. |
