基于生态文明理念EPC总承包商选择研究

为将生态文明理念融入到整个EPC项目的全寿命周期中,实现其施工污染最小化、利润最大化及资源最优化,为生态文明建设做出应有的贡献.构建生态文明理念下EPC总承包商选择评价指标,同时应用最小二乘法确定其权重,数量化理论Ⅲ确定得分值,由此得到评价结果.为业主选择总承包商提供新的思路,促进了总承包商标准化的发展.

Research on Selecting EPC General Contractor Based on Concept Civilization

For the ecological civilization concept into the whole EPC project in the whole life cycle, to achieve its construction to minimize pollution, profit maximization and resource optimization, to make due contribution for the construction of ecological civilization. Building EPC general contractor selection in the concept of ecological civilization evaluation index, application of least square method to determining the weight at the same time, the quantification theory Ⅲ determine scoring value, the evaluation results are obtained. Choose the general contractor to provide new ideas for the owners, promote the development of standardization of the general contractor.
