| 摘 要： | 国有建筑业改制后,对吉林省建筑业乃至整个社会经济的发展起到了积极的作用.改制调优了吉林省建筑业结构,解放了生产力,提高了企业竞争力,从而使建筑业在全面建设小康社会中发挥更加重要作用。
