| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国高校连续几年扩招后所面临的教学质量问题，剖析了教学督导团在强化高校教学管理中所处的独特地位，并结合教学督导工作的实践效果，进一步剖析了教学督导在强化高校教学管理工作中所发挥的功能与作用。
