| 摘 要： | 教师、学生和课程是高等教育过程中的3个重要因素。阐述了计算机专业人才培养的新思路是加强师资培养，改进学生专业素质教育的措施，提出以课程组的方式构建计算机专业课程体系结构，强化实践课程的教学。
