基于序列二次规划方法的商用车制动性能优化设计

摘    要:对预装感载比例阀的商用车制动力分配进行研究.通过对装有感载比例阀的商用车制动力分配及其附着系数方程进行分析,提出了在满载与空载的不同使用频率下,装有感载比例阀的商用车在满足ECE法规的条件下,具有较高制动效率的一种优化设计方法.以某型商用车为例进行了优化设计,并在常用路面附着系数范围内采用序列二次规划方法进行仿真计算.研究结果表明,该优化设计方法用于对商用车制动系设计时,有比较好的效果.

Abstract:The braking force distribution of the commercial vehicle armed with a loading sensing proportioning valve is studied.The braking force distribution and coefficient of adhesion formulae are analyzed.And an optimization design method,which is helpful to the braking system design of vehicles,is presented to get better braking efficiency under different working frequencies which corresponds with the conditions that the vehicle is fully loaded or empty.An optimizing design of a certain vehicle is taken as an exa...
