| 摘 要： | 道德品质的形成，是人的道德意识与道德实践互动的过程，而社区是高校后勤社会化改革的新兴产物，是大学生道德实践的重要场所。从大学生社区道德品质培养的必要性出发，阐释了大学生社区道德品质培养的途径。
