| 摘 要： | 诚信作为一种道德规范是人的重要品德，在市场经济中发挥着十分重要的作用，对毕业生顺利就业非常重要。对毕业生就业过程中不诚信的表现和存在的原因进行了分析，提出了加强毕业生诚信培养的途径和机制。

| Abstract: | Credibility, as a moral norm, is an important moral character and plays a very important role in market economy and in the process of the employment of college graduates. This paper analyzes the un-incredible behaviors in the process of employment of college graduates and the causes for them, and puts forward the ways and mechanism of strengthening the credibility training of college graduates. |
