| 摘 要： | 当今中国教育担负着培养全面建设小康社会和实现现代化强国梦想所需人才的重任，而合格人才的数量和质量与教育体制的适应性相关。从教育体制概念人手，肯定了教育改革取得的进展，着重分析了教育管理体制、办学体制、投资体制、高校招生和就业制度等方面存在的缺失，并提出若干对策建议。

| Abstract: | The present education in China bears the important mission to meet the needs for talents for the construction of a comparatively well-off society and a modern and strong country, and the number and quality of qualified talents are closely related to educational systems. Based on the concepts of educational system and the recognition of the progress in educational reforms, this paper analyzes the drawbacks from the aspects of management system, school-running system, education investment system, recruiting system and employment system, and puts forward some countermeasures. |
