| 摘 要： | 学生干部群体是高校内数量最为庞大的正式群体，对学校的整体校风、学风建设有重大影响。分析了影响这一群体的行为特征的环境因素，揭示了学生干部群体的行为特征，并对学生干部群体的管理和学生干部队伍的建设提出了相应建议。

| Abstract: | Cadre group of students'affairs is the largest group in number in colleges and universities,and has great influence on the overall school spirit,the style of study in the university.This paper analyzes the environment factor that affects the behavioral characteristics of this group of cadres,reveals the behavioral characteristics of this group of cadres,and puts forward corresponding suggestions as to the management of this group of cadres and the construction of students cadre team. |
