| 摘 要： | 对既含有等式约束也含有不等式约束的一般规划问题，提出了一种新的填充函数及填充函数方法。通过解无约束的填充函数的局部最优解来得到原约束问题的局部最优解，该最优解比现有的解要好，最后得到该约束问题的全局最优解。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a filled function and the method for solving general programming problems with inequality and equality constraints are proposed.An optimum solution to primal problem better than existing local optimal solution can be obtained by solving the local solution of unconstrained filled function,and then a global optimal solution is obtained. |
