原子化的农民自组织能力的缺失与再生

“农民善分不善和”反映了“缺乏分层与缺失记忆”村庄的农民自组织能力的缺乏。原子化的农民由于缺乏自组织的能力,在村庄的经济、政治、社会文化生活中难以实现合作。由此带来一系列消极后果:村庄公共物品的供给不足,农民在面对庞大的政权组织时软弱无力,村庄传统文化失落,人际关系趋向理性化。针对这种状况,提出通过基层政权组织的积极作用、法治化及文化建设等培育农民的自组织能力。

Loss and Revival of Atomized Self- organizing Abilities of Peasants

"Peasants are good at dividing not organizing" reflects peasant 's shortage of ability to organize themselves in the villages "lacking in layers and losing memory ".Atomized peasants,because of lacking self-organizing ability,are difficult to realize cooperation in economic,political,social and cultural lives.Therefore,a series of passive consequences arise: the insufficient supply of public provisions,weakness facing huge political organizations,loss of village traditional cultures,and rationality of interpersonal relationships.In terms of this situation,this paper proposes to cultivate peasants' organizing ability through positive roles of basic level political organizations,ruling by law and cultural construction.
